Use of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes only. Content on this site is intended to help homeowners better understand remodeling options, costs, and processes, but it does not constitute professional advice, a binding offer, or a contract.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

Estimates, Calculators, and Informational Tools

Any calculators, guides, ranges, or estimates provided on this website are ballpark estimates only. They are based on general assumptions and limited information and are not intended to represent final pricing.

Actual project costs may vary significantly based on design decisions, site conditions, materials, scope of work, and other factors. No estimate, calculator result, or informational content on this website creates a guarantee, contract, or obligation to perform work at a specific price or within a specific timeframe.

Final pricing, scope, and scheduling are determined only through a signed written agreement.

The only exception is the On-Time, On-Budget Guarantee below, which applies only through a signed remodel contract.

On-Time, On-Budget Guarantee

Effective October 27, 2026. This guarantee applies only to remodel projects whose Design Agreement is signed on or after October 27, 2026. Projects with a Design Agreement or contract signed before that date are not covered.

On budget: for the work in your plan, you pay the fixed price in your remodel contract.

On time: if that work is not substantially complete by the guaranteed finish date in your contract, you get 20% of your contract price back. It comes off your final payment first, and anything left over is refunded to you within 30 days.

Small hidden problems found once walls or floors are open are covered by the contingency allowance in your contract and do not end the guarantee. Any signed change order, including one for a larger hidden problem, ends the guarantee for your project. So does any pause you cause: a time work has to stop because you asked us to stop, or because something on your side (access to the home, materials you're supplying, selections, decisions, or payments) wasn't ready when the work needed it. You still get the new price or an updated schedule in writing before work starts again.

The guaranteed finish date moves day for day for delays outside our control: severe weather, supplier or shipping delays on materials ordered on time, and waits for inspections or utility companies.

Substantially complete means the work is done and the space can be used for its purpose. Small punch-list items do not count.
If your contract ends early for any reason, the guarantee ends with it.
We tell you in writing whenever a delay moves your date, so you always know where it stands.

The guarantee is part of your signed remodel contract. If this page and your contract differ, your contract controls.

No Contract or Commitment

Submitting a form, using a calculator, requesting information, or communicating with us through this website does not create a contractor-client relationship, agreement, or obligation for either party.

Any work performed by Craftsman Kitchen & Bath requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

By submitting your contact information through this website, you consent to being contacted by Craftsman Kitchen & Bath regarding your inquiry. Communication may include email, phone calls, or text messages related to your project, follow-up information, or occasional helpful updates.

You may opt out of future communications at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SMS Terms

Program: Craftsman Kitchen & Bath LLC sends transactional and customer-care text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in.

How to join: check the SMS consent box on our contact form, reply to a text from us, or give verbal consent during a call or estimate visit.

Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and quote updates, scheduling changes, project status, review requests, and occasional service information.

Message frequency: varies, generally fewer than 10 messages per month.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
